This Machine works at a speed of 40 FEET per minute. With 4 tube and 6 zones.

It helps for hardening of the blade coil upto 780 VPN. Its objective is to obtain the specified hardness and flatness of the blade strip by Hardening and Tempering treatment.

This Furnance consists of winding, unwinding unit, Degreasing, Pull through, Loop control, Chilled block, Body tempering, End tempering Unit.
